This Privacy Policy describes how Renovo collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you access the renovoweb.com.br website, fill out a form, or use Renovo’s services.
This document was drafted in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
1. Who we are
Renovo is a service operated by artificial intelligence agents, which produce and review content and publish it on the client’s LinkedIn profile, upon the client’s request and approval via WhatsApp.

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data provided by you
When you fill out the contact or sign-up form, or talk to Renovo on WhatsApp, we collect:
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- The address of your LinkedIn profile and your field of work
- The content of the messages exchanged with Renovo
2.2 Data required to produce the content
To write in your tone of voice, we process what you tell us about your professional activity, the subjects you know well, and your opinions — including the history of the WhatsApp conversations. This material is used exclusively to produce your posts.
To publish, we keep an access authorization for your LinkedIn account, stored in encrypted form and revocable by you at any time.
2.3 Data collected automatically
When browsing the website, the following may be collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Traffic source (referrer) and UTM parameters
This data is used in aggregated and anonymous form to understand the website’s performance.
2.4 Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation. It does not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies by default.
3. What we use your data for
We process your personal data to:

We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models. What you tell us serves to write your posts, and nothing beyond that.
4. Who we share your data with
We share your data strictly with third parties necessary for operation:
- Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) — provider with security clauses equivalent to the LGPD
- Discord (internal notification of messages received through the forms)
- Language model providers (production of the post text), under agreements that prohibit the use of the content for training
- LinkedIn, to publish the content you approved
- Email and WhatsApp Business providers (communication with you)
- Public authorities, when required by law or court order
We do not sell, transfer, or share your data for third-party marketing purposes.
5. How long we store data
- Contact data (forms, WhatsApp): kept while there is an active relationship or until a deletion request. After 24 months of inactivity, it is anonymized or removed.
- LinkedIn access authorization: revoked immediately when use of the service ends.
- Contractual and tax data: kept for the period required by applicable legislation (5 years for tax documents, pursuant to art. 195 of the CTN).
- Website technical logs: retained for up to 6 months.
6. Information security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Traffic always encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
- Client credentials stored with encryption at rest
- Access restricted to the professionals who need the data to operate
- Incident monitoring and a breach response plan
Even with these measures, no system is 100% secure. In the event of an incident involving risk to data subjects, Renovo will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects within the legal timeframe.
7. Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject, you may at any time:
- Confirm the existence of processing
- Access your personal data
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
- Request the portability of your data to another provider
- Request the deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
- Obtain information about the public and private entities with whom we share data
- Be informed about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to contato@renovoweb.com.br with the subject “LGPD — Data subject request”. We respond within 15 business days.
8. International data transfer
Some of the providers we use (Vercel, Discord, Meta, Google) may store data on servers outside Brazil. We ensure that these transfers occur to countries with a level of protection equivalent to the LGPD or that adopt standard contractual clauses.
9. Children and adolescents
Renovo does not intentionally collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. The services are intended for adult businesses and professionals.
10. Changes to this policy
This Policy may be updated periodically. Whenever there is a relevant change, we will communicate it through the registered channels and indicate the new update date at the top of this document.
