Terms of Use
Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the renovoweb.com.br website and the use of Renovo’s services. By using the website or engaging Renovo, you agree to these terms.
1. About Renovo
Renovo is a service operated by artificial intelligence agents, which produce and review content and publish it on the client’s LinkedIn profile, upon the client’s request and approval via WhatsApp.
- Website: renovoweb.com.br
- Email: contato@renovoweb.com.br
2. Acceptance of terms
Use of the website and of the services implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any item, do not use the website or the service.
3. Description of services
Renovo offers a single service:
- Content production for LinkedIn — the client requests a post via WhatsApp (or accepts a topic suggested by Renovo), Renovo writes the text in the client’s tone of voice and submits it for their approval.
- Publication upon approval — no content is published on the client’s profile without their express approval.
3.1 Free period (beta)
The service is in beta and is offered free of charge for the first 60 days from the start of use, with no credit card required.
Once that period ends, the service will not be charged automatically. Any future charge depends on a new agreement, communicated in advance and expressly accepted by the client.
3.2 Services not included
Within the current scope, Renovo does not provide: website creation or maintenance, management of other social networks, customer service for the client’s own customers, SEO, or paid media.
4. Client obligations
When using Renovo, the client commits to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information about their professional activity
- Authorize access to their LinkedIn account to the extent necessary for publication
- Read and approve each publication before Renovo puts it live
- Take responsibility for the content published on their profile, including the accuracy of the information they provide
- Comply with the LinkedIn platform’s terms of use and with the legal and regulatory obligations of their own activity (LGPD, sector regulations such as CFM/CFO/OAB, etc.)
5. Renovo’s obligations
Renovo commits to:
- Produce and review the requested content before submitting it to the client
- Not publish any content without the client’s express approval
- Handle client data with confidentiality, encryption, and in compliance with the LGPD
- Communicate technical or operational incidents with transparency
- Revoke access to the client’s account immediately after a cancellation request
Renovo’s operation is AI-First — artificial intelligence agents perform the production and review of the content. The AI does not publish autonomously: no post goes live without the client’s express approval.
6. Cancellation
- There is no lock-in and no minimum term
- The client may stop using the service at any time, at no cost and with no prior notice
- Once use ends, Renovo revokes its own access to the client’s account
- Content already published remains on the client’s profile and under their ownership
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Of the client
- The content produced by Renovo and published on the client’s profile, as well as the LinkedIn account and the data generated by the operation, are the property of the client
- In case of cancellation, the client keeps everything
7.2 Of Renovo
- The methodology, internal processes, and proprietary code (automation scripts, AI configurations) are the exclusive property of Renovo
- The client does not acquire a license over this intellectual property nor may they replicate Renovo’s operation
8. Limitation of liability
Renovo commits to producing content within the scope described, but is not responsible for:
- Business decisions made by the client based on content produced by Renovo
- Content approved by the client and published in their name — approval is the act that transfers editorial responsibility
- Outages or policy changes on third-party platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.), including restrictions or account suspensions applied by LinkedIn
- Commercial results (reach, engagement, leads, authority), which depend on factors external to the content
- Cases of force majeure (catastrophes, critical infrastructure failures, decisions by public authorities)
During the free period, in which no amount is paid by the client, Renovo’s liability is limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
The client agrees not to use Renovo to:
- Publish illegal or fraudulent content, or content that violates third-party rights
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
- Violate the regulations of their activity (health, legal, financial, etc.)
- Engage in misleading communication, slander, defamation, or hate speech
Renovo may immediately interrupt the service in case of violation of these rules.
10. Modifications to the terms
Renovo may update these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated by email to active clients and reflected in this document. Continued use of the services after the communication implies acceptance of the new version.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo, SP are elected to resolve any controversy, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
